What's our value in an achievement-oriented Singapore?

People with disabilities, like everyone, DO NOT need to prove their abilities in order to be seen as worthy to live.
If we need to, what is going to happen to people with severe disabilities, those with terminal illnesses and the frail elderly?
By virtue of our humanity, we have value, regardless of what we can or cannot do.
