Today teenage boy and I somehow came to the topic of abortion because I was talking about the Zika virus scare (unforgettable in my lifetime).
He asked the usual question that people would ask, "What if the child is intellectually disabled? Won't the child suffer?
I asked, "What if someone you love suddenly had a stroke, be involved in an accident, become paralysed at age 17 like Joni? Would you kill that person?
No one can predict what will happen next. No one can play god, to decide the birth and death of another person.
